Drive down to CA and temperatures increase, gladly. Still foggy off and on with the changes in the terrain. Sun comes out and then gone again and no sign of anything more tonight. So we cook food on the beach and eat inside where it is warm. 
Then the sun majestically comes out and stays around til dipping in a cloud just before sunset! 
Spend the night on the old highway road with a tremendous view.
